Is there a commitment?
None. You can cancel anytime from your account, in one click. If you pay yearly and cancel early, the remaining period stays usable.
How does the free trial work?
14-day free trial, no credit card required at sign-up. You get every feature. At the end, choose your plan (monthly or yearly) to continue.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Monthly is €5.90/month, i.e. €70.80/year. Yearly is €48/year paid once — the equivalent of €4/month, saving €22.80 a year (32%).
How does multi-venue pricing work?
Pricing decreases in tiers: 2nd and 3rd venues +€40/year (or +€5/month) each, 4th to 8th +€20/year (or +€2.50/month) each, and from the 9th only +€10/year (or +€1.25/month) each. You manage all venues from one owner account, with separate menus, separate teams and consolidated statistics.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). SEPA direct debit is also available for yearly plans.
Are updates included?
Yes — every update and new feature is included in your subscription, at no extra cost.
