After training

What you actually did, not what was planned

One weigh-in per week, three questions at the end of each session, and the curves build themselves. Weight, difficulty, shape, sleep, feeling on your body: all the series on the same frame, with your weight goal plotted as a benchmark.

What you see

Trends, not a table of numbers

An isolated number says nothing. An eight-week curve tells if it works.

Weekly weigh-in

One weighing per week, reminded when due. Your profile weight updates as you go.

All the curves together

Each series has its color and scale. Hovering gives the exact value on the pointed date.

Objective as a benchmark

Your target weight is displayed as a broken line on the curve: the difference can be read without calculation.

Felt also followed

Difficulty, shape and perception of your body follow each other like weight. Fitness often precedes pounds.

Attendance included:
the program followed, not planned.

Actual attendance

Actual attendance

A ring gives the share of sessions completed out of the sessions due, and a counter displays your days in a row. Green, orange or red: the color says where you are.

Powered without typing

Powered without typing

You are not filling in a table. The curves are built from what you validate in the session and the three questions from the assessment.

Nothing is erased

Nothing is erased

A terminated or replaced program does not erase its history. Your curves cover all your programs, in continuity.

Questions fréquentes

Frequently asked questions

How often should I weigh myself?
Once a week is enough, and the app reminds you when weigh-in is due. Weighing yourself every day mainly measures water variations, not progress.
What happens if I skip a weigh-in?
Nothing serious: the curve connects the existing points. The reminder reappears the following week.
How are the feeling curves filled in?
By the three questions asked at the end of each session: difficulty felt, physical form of the day, and rating that you give to your body. You can take the assessment, the session remains validated.
The curves mix different units, how to read them?
Each series is normalized on its own amplitude: we read trends, not absolute values. The exact values appear on hover, with their unit.
Does my history survive a change of program?
Yes. The measurements are attached to your account, not the program. Changing programs does not cut curves.
