Everything you need to put your QR menu online and get going in minutes.

How long does it take to set up my menu?
About ten minutes. You create your account, name your restaurant and import your first categories and dishes. Your QR code is generated instantly, ready to print and put on the tables.
Do I need a website to useMUSCU ?
No, it is not necessary. Every restaurant gets a public menu page, included and optimised for local search. Share it as it is on your social accounts and Google listing, or embed it in an existing site.
How do I import my existing menu?
You can import your existing menu from a PDF, a spreadsheet or a plain photo. Our culinary AI structures the categories, spots the dishes, reads the prices and suggests the translations. No endless typing.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes.MUSCUoffers a 14-day free trial with no card required at sign-up. You test the whole platform. On day 14 you decide: activate your plan, or walk away without paying anything.

Are EU allergens included?
Yes. The 14 allergens of EU Regulation 1169/2011 are handled as standard: you tick them dish by dish, the system shows the official pictograms on the menu and produces the allergen page required at inspection.
How many languages are included?
Eight are included in your subscription: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic. The phone's language is detected automatically, and a selector at the top of the menu lets guests switch.
Can I manage several venues?
Yes. You manage several venues from a single account: separate menus, separate teams, and statistics either consolidated or venue by venue — all under one owner.
Are the QR codes dynamic?
Yes. The code points to a stable address: edit the menu as often as you like, adjust prices, add specials or hide something you have run out of — without ever reprinting the code.
Can I customise the design?
Yes. You choose your colours and fonts and add your logo. The menu carries your restaurant's identity, and the QR code itself can take your colours and a central logo.

Price, commitment and payment

Clear pricing, no commitment, cancel any time.

How much does it cost?
A MUSCU subscription costs €5.90/month per venue, or €48/year (that is €4/month, −32%). Everything is included: dynamic QR codes, the 14 INCO allergens, 8 languages and statistics. The first 14 days are free, no credit card required.
Is there a commitment?
No, none. You pay monthly or yearly (with a discount on the yearly plan) and stop whenever you like. No penalty, no exit fee.
How do I cancel?
One click from your account, under Billing. You are not charged again at the next renewal and your menu stays live until the end of the period you have paid for. No form, no phone call.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). For multi-venue groups we also offer SEPA direct debit and bank transfer against invoice.

Security, GDPR and privacy

Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted and GDPR compliant. You stay fully in control.

Is my data secure?
Yes, entirely.MUSCUis GDPR compliant, your data is hosted in Europe and encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-factor authentication is available, and we never use your data to train AI models.
Who can see my menu?
The menu is public — that is the point: guests reach it by scanning the code, with no account to create. Editing, however, is restricted to your team, with the roles you assign (admin, manager, waiter).
Can you delete my account?
Yes, at any time. Request it from your account or by email and all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, as GDPR requires. No copy is kept beyond that.
