Glissez pour tourner

End of training

Three questions at the end, curves the following month

Once the session is over, you are asked how it went: its difficulty, your physical form for the day, the rating you gave to your body. Three screens, three taps. This is what makes tracking possible without ever filling out a table.

Why these three questions

What the scale doesn't say

The weight moves slowly and for the wrong reasons. The difficulty felt and the form react in a few sessions.

Difficulty of the session

The same session that goes from “very hard” to “average” in three weeks: that’s progress.

Fitness of the day

A decline in form over several sessions often precedes overtraining or illness.

Score your body

The perception of one's body counts as much as the kilos, and does not appear on any scale.

Optional, never blocking

You can take the assessment: the session is validated anyway, and the curve waits for the next time.

Answer in ten seconds,
in sweat.

Emojis, not numbers

Emojis, not numbers

Rating your fatigue “3 out of 5” requires reflection. A row of faces, no. The assessment can be answered with a finger, without thinking about it.

Go back

Go back

Three steps, with possible return to each screen. An answer asked too quickly is corrected before validation.

A comment if you want

A comment if you want

A pain, a busy machine, a short night: an open field maintains the context that no rating out of five can convey.

Frequently asked questions

Is the assessment obligatory?
No. A “Skip” button ends the session without responding. The session counts as completed in your attendance, only the feeling curves remain without points for that day.
Can I correct an answer?
Yes, as long as the assessment is not validated: each step has a reversal.
Where do we find these answers?
In Progression, in the form of curves: difficulty, shape and rating of your body, each with its color, and the exact value on hover.
What is the body note used for?
To follow something that the scale ignores. Body composition changes before weight, and our perception of it is a useful signal over time.
Are the session report and the weigh-in the same thing?
No. The assessment is attached to a session and concerns the feelings. Weighing is weekly and relates to weight. Both feed into the same progress screen.
