Do you need to know about bodybuilding?
No. The questions asked during creation relate to what you know about yourself: your objective, the number of sessions you can hold, the equipment you have. The choice of exercises, series and rest times is proposed for you.
Can I train at home without equipment?
Yes. The equipment available is one of the questions of creation: check “body weight” alone and the program will only retain movements that can be done without equipment.
Do I need to install an application to follow a session?
