Organization

Each session on its own day, unlocked when the time comes

The program runs on a schedule, not a list. The carousel displays the days one after the other: those that are done, today's day, those that remain closed. A locked day tells you when it opens.

What the schedule regulates

No longer wondering what we are doing today

A program that is abandoned is rarely abandoned due to lack of motivation. Most often, we no longer know where we were.

One day, one session

The program is spread over weeks and days. You open, today's session is here.

Unlocking on the correct day

The coming days remain closed, and indicate their opening date: tomorrow, in three days, 08/18.

Next course announced

The home screen displays the next workout and how soon it falls.

Visible progress

Sessions completed checked in green, session to be repeated indicated: the status of the program can be read at a glance.

Un programme actif,
pas dix en parallèle.

Only one active program

Only one active program

You can keep several, but only one pilots your schedule. Switching from one program to another is done with a gesture, and the old one remains intact.

A pace you choose

A pace you choose

Two, three, four or five sessions per week: rhythm is one of the questions asked during creation, and the schedule conforms to it.

A missed session does not cancel anything

A missed session does not cancel anything

A skipped day does not break the program. It simply shows up as undone in your diligence, and you move on to the next one.

Questions fréquentes

Frequently asked questions

Why is a session locked?
Because his date hasn't arrived. A program has a rhythm: stringing together three sessions during the day brings nothing and prevents recovery. Clicking on a closed day tells you when it opens.
Can I postpone a session?
You can do the available session whenever you want during the day, and resume the next day. Previously completed sessions remain accessible to be redone.
What happens if I miss an entire week?
The program continues. Sessions not completed count towards your attendance, which is precisely the useful information — but nothing is blocked or reset.
Can I follow two programs at the same time?
You can keep as many as you want, but only one is active at a time. This is what ensures that a schedule means something.
How do I know when my next session is?
The reception displays it, with the deadline: “your next class in 3 hours”. No need to go looking for it.
