Peu d'exercices, souvent
Five to six movements per session, repeated every week, are better than a long list that has never been mastered. It's repetition that builds technique and confidence under the bar.
Glissez pour tourner
A few basic exercises, repeated often enough to progress: this is what a beginner bodybuilding program is all about. Here you will find the structure of a typical week, the number of sets, the number of repetitions and the rest days to respect.
Three full body sessions to start, an optional fourth if you want to increase to four times a week, each preceded by a five to ten minute warm-up.
4 séances par semaine. Les exercices, les charges, les séries et les temps de repos sont calculés selon votre niveau et le matériel dont vous disposez, puis ajustés à mesure que vous progressez.
From week to week, aim for one more rep per set; as soon as the upper range is reached everywhere, raise the 2.5 kg load and start from the bottom.

Four principles are enough to cover the first months of training.
Five to six movements per session, repeated every week, are better than a long list that has never been mastered. It's repetition that builds technique and confidence under the bar.
Note the number of sets, the load and the repetitions performed each time you go to the gym. Without this benchmark, it's impossible to know whether to increase the weight or stay on it for another week.
Muscle is built during recovery, not during exercise. Plan at least one day without weight training between two sessions and seven to eight hours of sleep.
Without sufficient protein and calorie intake, progress quickly plateaus. Spread protein throughout the day rather than concentrating everything on one meal.
The generator builds your week based on your level, your equipment and the number of possible sessions. You get a beginner bodybuilding program in the gym or without equipment, over 2, 3, 4 or 5 sessions.
The application displays the current exercise, the remaining sets and starts the rest timer. You know how many repetitions to aim for and what load to use at any time.
Each performance is recorded and compared to previous sessions. When your repetitions increase, the application suggests that you increase the load rather than leaving the program frozen.
