Count between 12 and 20 weekly sets for the entire deltoid. Spreading this number over two or three days is better than one very long session.
Glissez pour tourner
A shoulder strength training program built around the three fascicles of the deltoid, with details of sets, repetitions and rest. You know what to do each session, with dumbbells, a barbell or a low pulley.
Four sessions spread over the week: a session dedicated to the shoulders, a pushing session, a pulling session for the back, and a short reminder combining shoulders and trapezius.
4 séances par semaine. Les exercices, les charges, les séries et les temps de repos sont calculés selon votre niveau et le matériel dont vous disposez, puis ajustés à mesure que vous progressez.
From week to week, add one repetition per set before increasing the load, and keep the same order of exercises for at least six weeks.

These benchmarks apply regardless of your level and the equipment you have.

The posterior bundle often receives half as much work as the front. Systematically add a back shoulder exercise to each pulling session.
Standing, seated, on the low pulley or with dumbbells: each variation changes the tension on the muscle. Alternate positions rather than exotic exercises.
Two series of external rotations are enough to maintain the shoulder girdle. That's a little time for a lot of comfort on heavy movements.
You indicate your level, your material and your frequency, and the generator builds the complete plan. The sets, repetitions and rest times are set for each exercise.
The application runs the session exercise by exercise, with the integrated rest timer. You follow the screen instead of counting in your head between two sets.
Every load and every repetition is recorded from one session to the next. You see what is progressing and what is stagnating, without keeping a paper notebook.
